Today, I announce fall minis!

I became inspired by this beautiful built-in bench that my husband MADE, yes - MAX MADE THAT - in our foyer/mudroom. Where the bench now brightens the room, a cramped closet stood adjacent to an orange/brown linoleum floor (i.e., not cute). Max and I conducted some research on the style we both liked and found this particular project by a blogger named Katie Lamb (click here to see the bench tutorial Max used). I coordinated and supervised the creative engineering, but I do have to give credit to my stupidly impressive husband.. who read a single blog post and proceeded to build me my own Pinterest throne and then TILE THE FLOOR BENEATH MY FEET to top it off.

Most of the decor I already had. The rustic window with wreath was spring decor from Michael's, the cinnamon broom to the right of that is a $6 steal from Home Depot. It smells heavenly. Like October through December magic. I found the sunflower carafe for about $3.99 at TJ Maxx this summer; inside, I placed fall themed craft flowers from Michael's. The pumpkin pillow came from Wal Mart from fall 2019 (LOL listen to me talk about the "fall 2019 collection" from WAL MART. ha) and the coral pillow was a Ross Dress For Less find in late August of this year. The white knit blanket, white baskets on the top shelf and woven baskets in the bottom cubbies are all from Target. Oh..and the hat is from Sienna from about a year ago!
